Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Technical Field required.
• 2+ years of Engineering experience.
• Knowledge of quality tools/methodologies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; data analysis and report writing.
• Ability to work in a matrixed, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify, review, and implement quality process controls for development and manufacturing.
• Perform risk assessments including FMEA and change management.
• Lead in reviewing and implementing CAPA systems and assurances.
• Document experiment plans and results with protocol writing and reports.
• Lead investigation and resolution of non-conformances and quality issues.
