Bravida Medical, LLC is seeking a Quality Engineer I to join the Corporate QA/RA team in Geneva, IL. This full-time role focuses on supporting the Quality Management System, regulatory activities, and quality engineering across design, development, production, and post-market surveillance.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or life sciences, 1+ year in a regulated environment, Six Sigma/Lean experience, and travel up to 5%.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Microbiology, Chemistry, or equivalent work experience (5 years of relevant experience).
• Experience in a highly regulated environment such as medical devices, food, pharmaceuticals, automotive, or aerospace.
• Six Sigma and Lean Process background.
• Experience working in a Clean Room.
• Must be able to travel up to 5% of the time.

Aufgaben

• Support the Quality Management System and QA/RA activities in design, development, production and post-market surveillance.
• Create, maintain and verify SOPs, validation and quality control plans.
• Support training systems, supplier files and CAPA/SCAR processes.
• Assist with cross-functional teams to develop new products and testing methods.
