Job summary

Oxford Global Resources is seeking a CAPA Metrics Analyst to generate all CAPA metrics for SH Division at site and business unit levels for Management Review.

You will analyze CAPA data, identify trends, and communicate findings to management while supporting QA procedures, forms, and systems. The role includes maintaining QA databases, responding to QA requests, and assisting auditors.

Qualifications

• Must be proficient at Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Experience in CAD, Quality Engineering, and operations research.

Responsibilities

Summary:

Generate all CAPA Metrics for SH Division (Site and Business Unit level) for inclusion in Management Review and ownership of CAPAs

Project Details: Analysis of all CAPA Metrics, and providing these results to appropriate Management Review contacts Ability to identify trends in data, and communicate the issue through various levels of the organization Support decision making and oversight of the quality systems, including CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) systems Support key stakeholders with developing and maintaining QA procedures, forms, and systems Maintain databases and record storage for QA systems Process QA requests, ensuring owners are assigned, and timely responses are provided in alignment with quality goals Participate in meetings and communications for QA system information, concerns, and updates Seek out information with direction and able support other members of the organization on QA practices Support SH CAPA team with training, CAPA oversight, and CAPA deliverables Support presentation of CAPA System to internal and external auditors
