Job summary

Pave Talent is assisting a growing US manufacturer of high‑reliability power and energy products, based in Henderson, NV. This role centers on owning quality on the production floor, from launch documentation to supplier corrective actions and ISO 9001 compliance.

You will lead PPAPs, root-cause investigations (8D/5 Whys), MRB dispositions, and supplier quality through SCARs, while turning data into actionable metrics in Excel with pivot tables.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of quality experience in manufacturing.
• Hands-on measurement and visual inspection skills.
• Statistical data analysis in Excel, including pivot tables and charts.
• Working knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and practices.
• Validation knowledge for IQ, OQ, PQ.
• ISO 9001 auditing experience or auditor certification.
• Background in battery or energy storage manufacturing.
• Organized, detail-driven, and steady under deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Write and maintain SOPs, control plans, PFMEAs, and train production teams.
• Drive PPAP for new product introductions, from documentation through validation and approval.
• Lead root cause investigations using 8D, fishbone diagrams, 5 Whys, and Pareto analysis.
• Manage supplier quality through SCARs: detailed defect reports, root cause follow-through, and verification.
• Develop and run incoming inspection, calibration, line validations, and process audits against ISO 9001.
• Lead MRB review and disposition of nonconforming product.
• Turn quality data into clear metrics and recommendations for management, primarily in Excel with pivot tables and charts.

Pave Talent is hiring on behalf of our client, a growing US manufacturer of high-reliability power and energy products for medical, robotics, industrial, and defense applications. Their US production site is newer and expanding, and quality is scaling with it.

• Write and maintain work instructions, standard operating procedures (SOPs), control plans, and process failure mode and effects analyses (PFMEAs), and train production teams on them
• Drive the production part approval process (PPAP) for new product introductions, from documentation through validation and approval
• Lead root cause investigations using 8D, fishbone diagrams, 5 Whys, and Pareto analysis, and close out corrective actions
• Manage supplier quality through supplier corrective action requests (SCARs): detailed defect reports, root cause follow-through, and verification
• Develop and run incoming inspection, calibration, line validations, and process audits against International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 9001
• Lead material review board (MRB) review and disposition of nonconforming product
• Turn quality data into clear metrics and recommendations for management, primarily in Excel with pivot tables and charts
• 2 to 4 years of quality experience in a manufacturing environment
