Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) from a four-year college or university or equivalent
• Experience with quality assurance programs and regulatory compliance preferred
• Ability to train and mentor other quality engineers and coordinate with project teams

Responsibilities

• Interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and GD&T call outs
• Establish, implement, and maintain quality assurance programs
• Review and approve inspection reports and logs
• Report nonconformities and support resolution with project teams
• Manage budgets and track project performance
• Prepare internal bi-weekly financial reports and profit projections for active projects
• Support planning and estimating during bid/proposal phases
