Job summary

Amaris Consulting is seeking a Quality Engineer in Englewood, Colorado. The role involves performing incoming and first article inspections, interpreting drawings and GD&T, and conducting Gage R&R/MSA studies to ensure product conformance.

You will improve inspection procedures, work with precision measurement equipment, and contribute to continuous quality improvements in a regulated manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
• 2+ years of experience as Quality Engineer.
• Experience with Gage R&R, MSA, and statistical data analysis.
• Knowledge of GD&T and drawing interpretation.
• Proficiency with measurement equipment and inspection planning.

Responsibilities

• Perform incoming and first article inspections to verify conformance.
• Use precision measurement tools for dimensional and visual inspections.
• Review drawings and GD&T to select inspection methods.
• Develop and improve inspection plans and acceptance standards.
• Plan and execute Gage R&R and MSA activities to ensure measurement accuracy.
• Evaluate measurement systems and implement improvements.
