Job summary

LSI SOLUTIONS® in Victor, NY is seeking a Quality Engineer to support finished goods quality, process improvements, and QMS development. Onsite hours are 8:00am–5:00pm with a focus on regulatory compliance and cross-functional collaboration.

The role encompasses Tier I–Senior responsibilities, CAPA investigations, document control, and interaction with suppliers and customers to ensure product quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical discipline required.
• 0-3 years of relevant Engineering experience in medical device or other regulated industry preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical discipline with 3+ years of relevant experience (Quality).
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical discipline with 7+ years of relevant Quality experience; Master’s degree with 5+ years can be considered.

Responsibilities

• Assist in quality management system (QMS) processes to ensure compliance.
• Dispositon of non-conforming product and CAPA investigations.
• Analyze data, monitor metrics, and support audits/inspections.
• Lead continuous improvement activities and maintain procedures.
