The Quality Engineer role is entry-level and will support quality initiatives with the Quality and Operations teams, helping reduce rejects, improve processes, and implement best practices across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in material science or related field.
• 1 year of relevant industrial experience.
• Understanding of material science with polymer preferred.
• ASQ/CQE certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support maintenance of Quality System Certification requirements.
• Lead activities to ensure compliance with internal and external commitments.
• Assist with ISO 13485 and ISO 9001 requirements and audits.
• Support New Product Introduction and process validations (IQ/OQ/PQ).
• Lead corrective and preventive actions for process improvements.
• Interfacing with production, quality, and process development teams.
