HyAxiom Inc., A Doosan Company, a leader in clean energy solutions, is seeking a Quality Assurance professional in Windsor, CT to drive QA/QMS initiatives across production and supplier interfaces.

You will apply systematic problem-solving to resolve quality issues, support projects, and lead ongoing process improvements within the department and broader business. A strong QA background and ISO 9001 familiarity are preferred.

Qualifications

• BA/BS with 2-5+ years of experience in quality or manufacturing environments.
• MA/MS with 0-2+ years of experience in quality or engineering contexts.
• Engineering or Quality Assurance degree is required; ISO 9001 knowledge is important.

Responsabilités

• Execute quality assurance and quality systems applications within the quality department and across the business.
• Lead or support projects and teams on production and supplier quality matters.
• Identify, communicate and resolve quality issues using proactive problem-solving methodologies.
• Provide coaching and development to staff to improve performance and skills.
