Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of quality engineering experience with 10+ years of manufacturing experience.
• Proficient knowledge of quality tools: FMEA, PPAP, DOE, APQP, 8D.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Leads root cause analysis and corrective actions for plant quality issues.
• Support new product launches by participating in APQP activities.
• Provide training to employees on quality tools, procedures, and standards.
