Job summary

All Flex Solutions in Bloomington, MN is seeking a Quality Engineer to drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance with customer and regulatory expectations. This role will be based in Bloomington, MN and focus on PCBs, flexible heaters, and assemblies for medical, defense, aerospace, semiconductor, industrial, and telecom applications.

You will collaborate across functions, manage audits, review specifications, and lead root-cause analyses to deliver robust quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing operations or related field.
• 2-10 years of experience; SMT experience preferred.
• Quality experience with PCBs, flexible heaters, and assemblies desired.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate across functions to troubleshoot problems using a risk-based approach.
• Maintain knowledge of ISO9001, AS9100, and MIL-PRF-31032 quality system requirements.
• Create, revise, and review quality processes and procedures for compliance.
• Lead customer quality activities: contract review, quality planning, PCN, CAR, RMA, FAIR, and PPAP.
• Develop customer/product inspection criteria as needed.
• Review industry and customer specs for compliance.
• Close audit findings, CARs, RMAs; support root cause corrective actions.
• Monitor disposition of non-conforming materials/products.
• Investigate and implement best-in-class quality engineering practices.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
