The role collaborates with colleagues to provide follow-up and engineering assistance on defined problems and assists in preparing reports and summaries. The position involves designing and analyzing components, using CAD, 2D/3D drawings, load calculations, and stress analysis while ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering required.
• 0–2 years of related experience.
• Proficient CAD software and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to organize and manage projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Mechanical and math skills for design solutions.
• Problem solving and troubleshooting abilities.

Responsibilities

• Performs basic engineering calculations, investigations, and tasks as assigned.
• Collaborates with team to provide follow-up and engineering assistance on defined problems.
• Prepares reports, graphs, layouts and summaries to communicate project progress.
• Designs, develops, analyzes, troubleshoots and provides technical skills and training.
• Recommends and designs components and systems to meet customer specifications.
• Produces CAD drawings, load calculations, stress analyses, and fabrication drawings to complete projects.
• Ensures compliance with local and national regulatory agencies and safety standards.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
