Job summary

Pace Industries, LLC in Dover, NH is seeking a Quality Engineer to supervise all Quality Assurance functions at the plant level. This position involves collaborating with production teams and customers to ensure compliance with technical and regulatory specifications.

The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field and a minimum of 5 years in quality engineering within manufacturing. Strong analytical and communication skills are required, as is proficiency in Microsoft Office and Minitab.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of quality engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical ability to define problems and draw conclusions.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the organization’s Quality Management System meets regulations.
  • Establish and monitor procedures for quality and safety.
  • Oversee APQP activities and customer PPAP submissions.
  • Act as primary technical liaison for quality issues.
  • Promote and lead companywide quality improvements.
  • Implement Quality Control work instructions.
  • Participate in production meetings to identify quality improvements.
  • Drive team development within the quality department.
