Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Quality Management
• 5+ years manufacturing experience, ISO 9000 environment
• Lean/6Sigma Greenbelt, GDT and Metrology experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Maintains the Black Books with all revision updates and releases
• Review and Inspects the CI operations on the production Travelers
• Monitors change control procedures through releases
• Attends design reviews at Dynavac / customer sites as required by Project Managers
• Works with Manufacturing Engineer to produce travelers detailing manufacturing steps, inspection hold points, and procedures
• Supports ISO9001 Quality System
• Works on the Operation floor to review and process the Quality CI/Inspection requirements
• Works with operation employees to validate layout of product being produced
• Assists with incoming receiving and final inspection as required
• Researches, drafts, releases, of Corrective Actions and Non-Conformance reports
• Works with Manufacturing Engineering and Quality Manager to finalize and support proof load testing
