Job summary

Spartronics in Brooksville, FL is seeking a Quality Engineer for Electronics Manufacturing in the Aerospace & Defense sector. You will lead root cause analysis, CAPA, and collaborate with Operations, Engineering, and customers to improve processes and ensure AS9100 compliance.

Qualifications

• 3-7+ years of Quality Engineering experience.
• Experience in Contract EMS is required.
• Experience supporting PCBA, box build, or complex electronics.
• Lead Root Cause Analysis, CAPA, and corrective actions.
• Strong quality systems knowledge and continuous improvement.
• Able to work directly with production teams and customers.

Responsibilities

• Partner with manufacturing to improve quality and reduce defects.
• Lead root cause analysis and CAPA activities using structured methods.
• Ensure compliance with customer-specific and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct process audits and quality reviews to meet AS9100 and internal standards.
• Analyze quality metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop quality plans and verification activities for products.
• Collaborate on NPI, engineering changes, and process improvements.
• Support QMS improvements and Lean initiatives.
