Job summary

Magna International—Cosma division in the United States—is seeking a team member to maintain confidentiality of customer documents and ensure compliance with quality, environmental, and safety programs.

You will support policy adherence, participate in governance activities, and help uphold Magna’s privacy and data protection standards across global operations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a high level of confidentiality while managing customer sensitive documents and data that drives process and product changes
• Complies with, supports and models operational procedures/policies, Employee Handbook, and Magna’s Employee’s Charter, Corporate Constitution, and Operational Principles
• Complies with relevant Quality and Environmental programs (e.g., IATF 16949, ISO 14001)
• Complies with all Health and Safety programs. Follows and ensures Company procedures regarding safety
• Conducts themselves in a professional manner
• Other duties as required
