Quality Engineer

Forum Contract Manufacturing is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Engineer to support our quality systems, manufacturing processes, and customer requirements. The ideal candidate will be analytical, organized, and comfortable working closely with Quality, Engineering, Production, and Customer Service teams in a fast-paced medical device manufacturing environment.

  • A strong communicator who can confidently interact with customers and internal teams
  • Comfortable working on the manufacturing floor and collaborating directly with production personnel

  • Comfortable asking questions, investigating issues, and seeking assistance when needed
  • Organized and skilled at managing multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines
  • Able to work with urgency while maintaining attention to detail
  • Comfortable working independently while also contributing effectively as part of a team
  • Willing to tackle challenges head-on and take ownership of problems through resolution
  • Interested in continuous improvement and finding ways to improve processes, efficiency, and product quality
  • Committed to following established quality systems, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
