Job description

This role centers on end-to-end testing across web and responsive mobile experiences, with strong ownership over both manual test strategy and automation. You'll act as a go-to expert for integration quality, working closely with eCommerce, engineering, security, and product teams to keep releases solid at scale.

What you'll do

• Design, build, and maintain automated testing frameworks for PLM and ERP applications.
• Develop and expand automated test coverage based on existing specifications and documentation.
• Use AI tools to support test planning, test case generation, framework development, and day-to-day QA activities.
• Work collaboratively with AI tools to clarify requirements, identify gaps, and resolve questions around specifications.
• Participate in project and product ceremonies to help maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation.
• Review and validate AI-generated test cases, code, and recommendations, ensuring they meet technical and business requirements.
• Apply strong engineering judgment when using AI, understanding when manual review or intervention is required.
• Perform peer testing and collaborate with other engineers to continuously improve the automation framework.
• Conduct manual testing and final validation to ensure quality and reliability before release.
• Collaborate proactively with distributed engineering and product teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve QA processes and engineering productivity through automation and effective use of AI.

Requirements

• Advanced English communication skills are mandatory.
• Strong experience in QA Automation and test framework development.
• Familiarity with Golang.
• Experience designing and implementing automated testing strategies and frameworks.
• Strong understanding of test planning, test case design, execution, and validation.
• Experience working with product and engineering teams in Agile environments.
• Strong communication skills and confidence participating in technical discussions with engineering and product stakeholders.
• Proactive, highly motivated, and comfortable working in a collaborative and highly interactive environment.
• Ability to critically evaluate AI-generated outputs rather than relying on them without proper review.
• Comfortable working with evolving or incomplete specifications and proactively identifying gaps or inconsistencies.

AI & Automation

We're looking for someone who is comfortable using AI as an engineering accelerator, while maintaining ownership of technical decisions and quality.

You should be comfortable with:

• Using AI throughout the QA lifecycle, including planning, test design, test case generation, automation, and specification clarification.
• Formulating effective questions and prompts to obtain reliable and relevant results.
• Collaborating with AI tools to build and improve automation frameworks.
• Reviewing, validating, and refining AI-generated code and test cases.
• Applying engineering judgment to determine when AI-generated outputs are appropriate and when additional analysis or manual intervention is needed.
