In this role, you will help translate project goals into practical plans, align internal and external contributors, and support work that meets defined requirements for schedule, budget, quality, and safety. You will work with technical, commercial, operational, and customer-facing colleagues, keeping project information clear and decisions well documented. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in engineering, energy, environmental science, business, project management, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience. A minimum of three years of experience coordinating or managing projects is preferred; experience in renewable energy, utilities, infrastructure, or another technical field is an advantage. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with the ability to collaborate with people from different professional backgrounds. A project-management credential or relevant energy-sector training is beneficial but not required. Work closely with engineering, operations, procurement, finance, vendors, clients, and other partners to support timely project execution. Monitor progress against scope, schedule, cost, quality, and safety expectations; identify potential delays or issues and recommend practical responses. Support project scope reviews, change-control processes, reporting, and lessons-learned discussions. Help prepare proposals, presentations, and internal updates as needed. Promote clear communication and constructive collaboration, and elevate material concerns through appropriate channels.
