Qualifications
- 5+ years of quality engineering experience in manufacturing.
- Experience working with customers or suppliers on quality issues and corrective actions.
- Proficiency in inspection techniques, including FAI, inspection plans, and measuring tools.
- Familiarity with SCAR, ISO 9001, AS9100, PPAP, SPC, and metal components.

This position is based at a manufacturing site. The facility is a smaller, approximately 75-person establishment, offering visibility and influence. The role involves direct impact on improving and strengthening a critical supplier base, supporting major aerospace, defense, missile, communications, and space programs. The company is experiencing significant growth, offering opportunities for professional development and advancement.
This is a Permanent position based out of Southbridge, MA.
The pay range for this position is $82000.00 - $112000.00/yr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
