Delta Dental of California is seeking a Quality Engineer to ensure usability and reliability of products, services and systems. You will develop test plans, execute cases, automate where possible and document defects to support improvements in production quality.
The role emphasizes knowledge of QA principles, API testing, Selenium-based automation, CI/CD integration, and Agile practices, with strong communication and problem-solving skills essential for success.
The Quality Engineer will work alongside both business and technical team members to ensure the usability and functionality of products, services and systems. This role will contribute to the overall organization by working to deliver quality standards using the team's testing systems to ensure efficiency, reliability and performance. Your work will also contribute to the organization's overall strategic plan to maintain and improve production quality.
The national base pay range at the end is a good-faith estimate of what Delta Dental may pay for new hires. Actual pay may vary based on Delta Dental's assessment of the candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities (KSAs), related experience, education, certifications and ability to meet required minimum job qualifications. Other factors impacting pay include prevailing wages in the work location and internal equity.
