Job summary

Collabera Inc. in Mundelein, IL is seeking a Quality Assurance Auditor for a contract-to-hire position.

You will perform audits of regulated documentation, identify compliance gaps, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality across medical device and healthcare processes. Must have 3+ years in QA or auditing within regulated industries, strong attention to detail, familiarity with 21 CFR 820 and ISO 13485, and proficiency in MS Office/Excel.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of QA or quality auditing experience in regulated industries (medical device/pharma/healthcare).
• Experience auditing regulated documentation (product complaints, adverse events, CAPAs).
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to spot documentation errors and compliance gaps.

Salary Range: 30.00 - 32.00 | Per Hour

Must Haves:

• 3+ years of Quality Assurance or Quality Auditing experience within themedical device, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industry
• Hands-on experience conducting quality audits of regulated documentation(product complaints, adverse events, CAPAs, or similar)
• Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to identify documentation errors, inconsistencies, and compliance gaps
• Strong understanding ofFDA Quality System Regulations (21 CFR Part 820) and/or ISO 13485
• Excellentwritten and verbal communication skillswith experience presenting audit findings and collaborating across teams

Proficiency withMs Office/Excel and quality management/document control systems

Range: $30-33/hr
