Introduction
We are looking for a Quality Engineer to join our Mesa Service Center Repair Operations Team. In this role, you will provide technical and quality support for repair operations, drive continuous improvement initiatives, support compliance with ISO 9001 quality management requirements, and lead root cause investigations to improve operational performance, safety, and customer satisfaction. You will play a key role in ensuring products, processes, and quality systems comply with regulatory, customer, and company standards. You will report to the Quality Manager.
This role is based in Mesa, Arizona.
This role may require travel to vendor and customer sites as needed, up to 10%.

You will join a team of quality professionals focused on supporting repair operations, quality assurance, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives within the Mesa Service Center. Our team plays a critical role in ensuring operational excellence, maintaining ISO 9001 compliance, reducing quality risks, and enhancing customer satisfaction through effective quality management processes. We collaborate closely with operations, engineering, suppliers, auditors, customers, and cross-functional stakeholders to drive quality performance and support business objectives.
