Job summary

Qualifications

• Establish and monitor product and process KPIs, and implement mitigation actions for negative trends.

• Publish periodic customer program quality status reports.
• Generate First Article Inspection Reports per AS9102 requirements.
• Serve as the primary quality point of contact for customer inquiries and issue resolution.

• Serve as the primary quality point of contact for customer inquiries and issue resolution

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Business, or a related field
• Experience working within an AS9100 Quality Management System
• Proficiency in drawing interpretation, including GD&T principles
• A quality assurance-first mindset (prevention over inspection)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Dependable, with an excellent attendance record
• Collaborative team player who works effectively with other departments and customers
• US Citizenship is required
