Job summary

Ellwood Crankshaft Group (ECG) seeks a Quality Engineer for its Hermitage, PA facilities. The role supports daily operations, drives ISO compliance, leads internal audits, and coordinates product verification and non-conformance resolution.

The position reports to the Quality Director and requires a four-year degree in quality management or engineering. Qualified candidates will have strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, with experience in manufacturing QC and familiarity

Today, ECG has four facilities operating in Pennsylvania. We are currently seeking a Quality Engineer for our Hermitage and Sharon, PA facilities. This position is critical for the daily operation and continuing growth of world class finish machine capabilities and will report directly to the ECG Quality Director.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Four-year Degree in Quality Management or Engineering
• In lieu of degree, past experience will be considered
• Strong analytical skills and demonstrated problem-solving abilities
• Strong personal computer skills, including Microsoft office programs
• Excellent organizational skills
• Must be results oriented with a strong desire to succeed
• Solid verbal and written communication skills
• Thorough understanding of quality and manufacturing processes
• Thorough understanding of tools, gauging and fixturing
• US Passport and willingness to travel domestically and internationally, as required
