The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience working with core quality tools like PPAP, FMEA, 8D, RCCA, and CAPA, along with strong experience in root cause analysis and audit processes. A Green or Black belt would be great. They should be comfortable working cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and suppliers, while also acting as a voice of the customer. Experience in HVAC, refrigeration, automotive, or industrial equipment manufacturing is a big plus.
