Responsibilities

Implement and maintain quality management systems (QMS) in accordance withISO 9001 or relevant standards.
Quality Control Testing:Conduct incoming, in-process, and final product inspections using precision measurement tools to ensure products meet quality and safety standards.
Data Collection and Analysis:Gather and interpret quality-related data to identify trends, defects, and areas of improvement.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of inspection results, process changes, and quality control actions. Help document procedures, work instructions, and inspection protocols.
Compliance Support: Ensure products comply with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.Maintain calibration records and ensure tools are within tolerance. Participate in internal audits and assist with external quality audits.
Problem Solving: Work with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues or defects. Support root cause analysis and the implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Continuous Improvement: Assist in the development and implementation of initiatives to improve quality and efficiency in manufacturing and production processes.
Reporting: Generate and present quality-related reports to senior engineer and management.
