Danbury, CT (Commutable from Stamford, Norwalk, Bridgeport, White Plains, Danbury, Bethel, Newtown, and surrounding Fairfield County / Westchester County areas)

The Role:

• Take ownership of customer quality requirements across manufacturing and production
• Lead product testing and support root cause / corrective action activities
• Work closely with engineering and production teams to drive continuous improvement

The Candidate:

• Background in quality within a manufacturing environment
• Experience in electronics or aerospace industries preferred (not essential)
• Strong communicator with a proactive, leadership mindset and desire to progress
