Job summary

L2x Talent Solutions in Crystal Lake, IL is seeking a Quality/Manufacturing Engineer to define product quality requirements with customers and support reliability, performance analysis, and quality requests. You will assist manufacturing with process capability studies and statistical analysis, and evaluate inspection equipment.

Responsibilities include developing quality procedures, approving manufacturing procedures and test docs, and participating in audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of Quality Engineering and/or Manufacturing Engineering experience.
• Hands-on manufacturing and inspection experience.
• Strong understanding of quality tools and statistical methods.
• Experience with IATF 16949.
• Automotive, aerospace, medical, or defense manufacturing experience.
