PacSci EMC, based in Chandler, Arizona, seeks a Quality Engineer with a supplier quality focus to drive QA for external suppliers and weld a robust supplier network. You will translate requirements into actionable plans and lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced aerospace/defense environment.
You will build strong supplier partnerships, implement dashboards and KPIs, and ensure compliance with AS9100 and related quality systems. This role requires occasional travel to supplier sites.

The successful candidate will independently translate strategic objectives into tactical execution, build strong supplier partnerships, leverage analytics to proactively identify risk, and drive measurable business results.
