Job summary

Liberty Diversified International's Safco Products division in New Hope, MN seeks a Senior Quality Manager to develop, implement, and maintain the QMS, ensure regulatory compliance, and lead EHS initiatives.

You will partner with Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and Product Management to infuse quality across development, manufacturing, and delivery, supervise audits, drive improvements, and build a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, EHS, or related field.
• 7+ years in quality leadership within manufacturing.
• Experience leading QMS and Environmental, Health & Safety programs.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and regulatory compliance.
• Proven ability to influence leaders and drive organizational change.
• Experience leading audits and corrective actions.
• Excellent leadership and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the organization's Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring compliance with standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations.
• Develop and execute quality strategies to improve product quality, performance, and customer satisfaction.
• Establish, monitor, and report key quality metrics, driving corrective actions and continuous improvement.
• Lead audits with internal, external, customer, and supplier partners; ensure timely resolution of findings and certification upkeep.
• Partner with Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and Product Management to integrate quality across development, manufacturing, and delivery.
• Provide leadership for supplier quality programs, including supplier performance, corrective actions, and incoming quality processes.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and uphold EHS programs for a safe workplace and sustainability initiatives.
• Lead investigations using root cause analysis to reduce risk and improve performance.
• Build and develop a high-performing Quality, regulatory, and EHS team and foster a culture of quality and accountability.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on quality, compliance, and operational performance.
• Travel up to 25% of the time.
• Other duties as assigned.
