Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with 2+ years of related experience, or 4+ years without a degree.
• Experience with documentation control, quality records, or contract compliance.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot discrepancies and formatting issues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Review, process, and maintain quality documentation per procedures and contracts.
• Ensure documents are complete, accurate, properly formatted, and routed on time.
• Support control, retention, retrieval, and archival of quality records.
• Coordinate with quality, engineering, manufacturing, and program teams to resolve issues.
