Qualifications

• 10+ years of quality management experience in solar, semiconductor, or advanced manufacturing.
• IEC and/or ISO certification required; expertise in IEC 61215, IEC 61730, and ISO 9001 strongly preferred.
• Deep experience building and managing QMS programs in high-volume manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Own the Quality Management System (QMS) for the G2 solar cell fab.
• Lead and develop a quality engineering team responsible for in-line inspection.
• Manage non-conformance, corrective action, and preventive action (CAPA) processes.
