Job summary

W. S. Badger is seeking a Deviations Specialist to support the Quality Unit by managing deviation workflows within the QMS, under QA Supervisor direction.

The role collaborates across QA, QC, and Manufacturing to ensure compliant investigations and responsive CAPA activities. Responsibilities include end-to-end deviation management, ensuring timely and thorough investigations, and maintaining documentation aligned with GDP/GMP standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in QA roles with deviation/nonconformance and CAPA workflows.
• Familiarity with GDP/GMP documentation and risk assessment tools.
• Experience using electronic quality systems for tracking and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end deviation lifecycle from initiation to closure.
• Lead investigations and root cause analysis when appropriate.
• Coordinate with QA, QC, Manufacturing and other departments during investigations.
