Job summary

Qualifications

  • Master's degree preferred; Bachelor's degree required in data analytics, business analytics, CS, IS, health info, statistics, mathematics, finance, accounting, public health, or related field.
  • Hospital or similar healthcare experience required.
  • CPHQ (Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality) or CHDA (Certified Health Data Analyst) strongly preferred.
  • Certification as Six Sigma Black Belt preferred.
  • Strong project management, interpersonal, and change management skills, including the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Results-oriented.
  • Experience leading projects to closure.
  • Preferred three years of progressively responsible experience in data analysis, quality reporting, or healthcare operations.
