Job summary

Lighthouse Electric Company, Inc. is seeking a diligent Quality Control professional to support high-profile electrical construction projects. You will develop test schedules, coordinate inspections, and ensure work meets contractual and safety standards on complex commercial sites.

Role emphasizes collaboration with management, field leadership, and subcontractors. Apprenticeship with NFPA 70E certification is preferred; strong NEC knowledge and problem-solving are valued.

Qualifications

• Completion of an Apprenticeship program (NJATC or relevant Electrical program)
• A minimum of 5 years relevant electrical construction experience
• Attain NFPA 70E Professional certification

Responsibilities

• Create or maintain a detailed list and schedule of tests and inspections
• Create and submit monthly Quality Control reports to project leadership
• Maintain records of all test and inspections that have been performed
• Coordinate communication of project-specific quality requirements to all affected departments
• Conduct Pre-installation Meetings with Project Management and Owner Representatives
• Identify deficient work and propose corrective actions
• Monitor QC activities and report updates to QC peers and leaders
• Ensure Project Quality meets Lighthouse Electric Standards and contract requirements
• Provide QC task training and resources to team members
