Southern West Virginia Paving, Inc., a CRH company, is seeking an asphalt laborer to shovel and rake asphalt material and perform related tasks on various projects. The role supports paving operations, grading, and other site duties in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will be able to work 8–12 hour shifts, lift heavy loads, and collaborate with a team while adhering to safety policies. Drug tests and background checks are required, with overtime and potential out-of-town assignments

High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.
