Colonial Group in Michigan is seeking a Coordinator, Quality (Manufacturing) to support the Quality Department with documentation, data reporting, and corrective action tracking. You will maintain records of customer and supplier issues, monitor rejections, and prepare charts and reports.
The role emphasizes attention to detail, ability to analyze information, and coordination of quality records and controlled documents. Some office experience is required, and no travel is typically expected.
Perform administrative duties coordinating documentation and preparing correspondence for the Quality Department. Maintain records of customer/supplier complaints and corrective action taken, in house rejections and corrective actions taken, and part approval engineering history documentation. Prepares charts, graphs, and reports of quality related data.
Minimum of 12 months experience working in an office environment including computer training or experience.
Possesses the ability to gather and analyze information and make decisions from a limited number of choices.
This position typically does not require any travel.
