A leading food company in Wisconsin is seeking a Quality Coordinator to uphold its Quality System and lead continuous improvement efforts. This role involves maintaining compliance with industry regulations, providing training, and promoting a culture of quality across production. The Quality Coordinator plays a vital role in upholding the Sartori Quality System by leading continuous improvement initiatives, coordinating facility-wide quality and food safety training, and ensuring compliance with customer requirements, regulatory standards, and third-party quality and food safety guidelines. This position supports a culture of quality and drives excellence across all aspects of production.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
SQF BACK UP PROVISION
Maintains compliance with Safe Quality Food (SQF) audit requirements and ensures ongoing food safety and quality across operations. The Operational FSQ Manager - Creamery or designee serves as the backup to ensure the integrity of the SQF System.
DIRECT REPORTS
This position is not responsible for direct reports.

WORK LOCATION
This is an onsite position located at our West Main Creamery located in Plymouth, WI.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
Occasional travel may be required to meet the needs of the business (estimated 10%). A valid driver’s license is required. Must maintain a clean driving record to remain insurable under the company’s insurance policy.
