Kenco Group is seeking a Quality Assurance Coordinator in Pflugerville, TX to manage the site quality management system and develop processes in line with standards and customer requirements. The role leads in documenting tools and educating staff on quality management, while supporting the Kenco Operating System implementation for quality assurance.

The position emphasizes auditing, training, root-cause analysis, data-driven improvement, and collaboration with operations to ensure compliance

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field (or equivalent years of experience).
• 2-4 years' experience in a quality assurance role.
• Knowledge and experience with ISO 9001:2015.
• Lead Auditor Certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain, update, and add site policies, procedures, standard work instructions, and tools to improve the quality management system.
• Administer internal audit program to ensure compliance to the QMS through training auditors, auditing processes and procedures, and measuring results.
• Identify training needs and organize training interventions to meet quality standards.
• Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues and perform root cause and corrective action investigations.
• Collect and compile statistical quality data and analyze to identify areas for improvement.

About The Position

The role of the Quality Assurance Coordinator is to assist in managing the site quality management system and ensure that processes and procedures are developed in line with applicable standards and customer requirements. The Quality Assurance Coordinator will serve as a site leader in developing documents and tools to guide and improve the quality management system and serve as an educator to the existing operational personnel on quality management system requirements. The role will also support and assess the implementation of the Kenco Operating System as it relates to quality assurance.

Functions

• Administer internal audit program to ensure compliance to the quality management system through training auditors, auditing processes and procedures, and measuring results.
• Identify training needs and organize training interventions to meet quality standards.
• Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues and perform root cause and corrective action investigations to improve the quality management system.
• Collect and compile statistical quality data and analyze to identify areas for improvement to the quality management system.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field required or equivalent years of experience required. Equivalent years of experience is defined as one year of professional experience for each year of college requested
• 2-4 years' experience in a quality assurance role
• Knowledge and experience with ISO 9001:2015
• Lead Auditor Certification preferred

Travel Requirements
