Oberg Industries is seeking a Quality Coordinator to support the maintenance of our Calibration System and Quality Management System across our Freeport and Sarver medical facilities. As a Quality Coordinator, you’ll help ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in quality processes while supporting both internal teams and external partners. The Quality Coordinator will work a Monday through Friday, daylight hours schedule. The position is located at our Freeport, PA facility.

What You Will Do as a Quality Inspector:
  • Coordinate with employees, vendors, and customers to ensure accurate gauge calibrations and proper recordkeeping.
  • Train employees on calibration procedures and related software programs.
  • Partner with Quality Management to define processes and maintain compliance with quality system standards.
  • Maintain controlled calibration manuals and procedures.
  • Track, coordinate, and maintain records on NCMRs, corrective actions, and preventive actions.
  • Verify the effectiveness of CAPA implementation.
  • Support customer, registrar, and internal audits.
  • Streamline efforts across Oberg sites to reduce duplication.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
What You Will Bring to our Team:
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
  • Knowledge of data analysis, problem-solving methods, and statistical techniques.
  • Proficiency in algebra, geometry, and trigonometry.
  • Understanding of formal Quality System Requirements.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
  • U.S. citizenship or compliance with U.S. export regulations required.
  • Ability to wear personal protective equipment (earplugs, safety glasses, safety shoes).
Preferred Education/Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior ISO experience or training strongly preferred.
  • Experience with ISO9001 required; ISO13485 and AS9100 experience a plus.
Work Environment:
