Job summary

Saint Francis Hospital - Bartlett is seeking a qualified professional to support Quality / Performance Improvement initiatives. The role focuses on accurate, compliant evidence-based measure documentation and reporting of care outcomes, with daily rounds and data analysis.

Responsibilities include tracking and trending data, generating reports, and supporting Joint Commission readiness through audits and tracers. A Bachelor’s degree and 3 years in healthcare or quality management are required.

• Bachelor’s Degree in patient care related field.
• 3 years experience in healthcare or quality management.

• Actively supports ongoing Joint Commission preparation including participation in Joint Commission Survey Ready Team, unit based audits, record reviews and tracers in coordination of and participation in mock surveys.
• Performs related duties as required
