Voltava is seeking a Quality Coordinator to help achieve zero defects in vehicle assembly and module builds. You will support problem solving on the floor, coach team members in quality practices, and collaborate with operations to address any quality concerns on the line.

The role requires 3+ years in quality control, including automotive manufacturing, plus strong math and computer skills. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and growth opportunities within a global manufacturing partner.

• 3+ years of quality control experience, with at least 1 year in an automotive manufacturing/assembly environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

About The Role

Quality Coordinator is responsible for completing and performing tasks in support to deliver zero defects in the build and assembly processes. They support the goals of customer satisfaction by supporting or leading problem solving on the floor, coaching and training team members in quality topics, and support operations with addressing any quality concerns.

Bonus Points If You Have

• Knowledge of ISO9001 or IATF 16949:2016 Quality Systems.

Education

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Years of Experience: 3+ years of Quality control experience and at least 1 year in an automotive manufacturing/assembly environment.
