Job summary

Hartmann Young is seeking a Quality Control Trainer to join the Albany, NY team. You will develop and deliver programming that ensures QC personnel are qualified to perform their roles in compliance with cGMP, applying instructional design and facilitation to drive learner engagement, immerse employees in the company culture, and enable right-first-time performance in the QC laboratory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry/Biochemistry/Pharmaceutical Sciences or related field; 5–7 years of experience.
• Experience training or mentoring in a regulated environment.
• Hands‑on experience with analytical techniques such as HPLC, GC, UV, and wet chemistry.
• Experience with LMS platforms and training documentation systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver programming to ensure QC personnel are qualified to perform their role in compliance with cGMP.
• Apply instructional design principles and facilitation skills to execute a training program that drives learner engagement and right‑first‑time performance.
• Embed strong technical skills and quality culture across the QC laboratory to support data integrity and regulatory readiness.
• Design and deliver learning assessments and evaluations.
