Job summary

M&M Industries, Inc. is seeking an entry-level Quality Control Technician Trainee in Lordstown, OH. You will support quality activities on the production floor, learn company standards, and assist with basic production tasks during peak periods.

Qualified candidates have a high school diploma or GED and strong attention to detail. Training is provided; shifts are 12 hours with a 2-2-3 rotation, and weekend offs every other weekend.

Qualifications

• No prior quality experience required; on-the-job training provided.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Willingness to learn quality control and production processes.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts and collaborate on a team.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety policies to maintain a safe work environment.
• Assist with inspection and testing of materials and finished products.
• Learn to use measuring tools and quality equipment (scales, calipers, gauges).
• Support documentation of test results and data entry into records.
• Observe and assist with in-process and visual inspections on the floor.
• Maintain organized, compliant workspaces per 6S principles.
• Participate in basic GMP and internal audit observations to learn compliance.
• Identify and report non-conforming materials or processes.
• Assist with preparation of test reports and summarize quality findings.
• Engage in training and work toward proficiency in required procedures.
• Perform production duties (assembling, packing, inspecting, labeling) during high-demand periods.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Quality Manager or Supervisor.
