As a Quality Control Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the high standards of our products and services. Daily Responsibilities
  • Visually inspect and test incoming, inprocess, and finished materials/products using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision tools.
  • Perform dimensional and visual inspections of manufactured parts.
  • Conduct testing and analyses to verify compliance with specifications.
  • Verify compliance with specifications, blueprints, internal policies, and applicable industry regulations.
  • Inspect materials, processes, and equipment to confirm adherence to quality requirements.
  • Accurately record inspection data including temperatures, and quantities.
  • Document nonconformities and initiate corrective action processes.
  • Maintain inspection and photo logs as well as prepare reports for management review.
  • Recommend corrective actions or process adjustments to reduce defects and improve product quality.
  • Participate in rootcause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain, clean, and calibrate inspection tools and measurement equipment.
  • Utilize electronic or statistical tools when applicable for quality analysis.
  • Work closely with production teams to resolve quality concerns and ensure consistent product output.
  • Assist in training staff on quality standards, inspections, and procedures.
  • Read and interpret technical specifications, blueprints, and quality standards.
  • Operate electronic testing and precision inspection equipment.
  • Accept or reject materials/products based on inspection results.
  • Sort, tag, and control nonconforming materials or product batches.
Required Skills
  • Experience in manufacturing or quality inspection roles.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Proficiency with measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to stand for prolonged periods and move throughout the production floor.
