Job summary

Frey Consulting Group is seeking a Quality Control Technician to inspect materials and production work to ensure they meet company standards. This hands-on role combines inspection, basic testing, documentation, teamwork, and computer work.

Training and support will be provided, and we welcome applicants from all backgrounds. Overtime or shift differential opportunities may be available. Medical, dental, and vision insurance plus a 401(k) plan are provided where applicable.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Willingness to learn company procedures and quality standards.
• Comfortable using basic tools and a computer.
• Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Reliable, organized, and able to work well with others.

Responsibilities

• Inspect materials, products, and completed work for quality and consistency.
• Perform basic inspections, measurements, and quality tests with available tools.
• Compare products with guidelines, samples, specifications, or instructions.
• Record inspection results, measurements, and any issues found.
• Report quality concerns and work with team to resolve them.
• Recheck products after corrections to ensure they meet requirements.
• Keep inspection records and quality documents organized.
• Use a computer for basic data entry, reports, email, and quality records.
• Keep inspection tools clean and report any equipment problems.
