Job summary

React Health in Bothell, WA, is seeking a Quality Control Technician to ensure products meet quality and regulatory standards. You will conduct inspections, testing, and final acceptance checks while maintaining accurate documentation and collaborating with engineering and manufacturing to resolve issues.

The role requires at least two years in a quality/technical position, along with a two-year technical degree or related training.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years in a quality/technical position assisting with product maintenance and/or customer service.
• Minimum two-year technical degree and/or industry related work experience/training
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Fast Learner and self-motivated
• Demonstrated ability to work under pressure
• Ability to perform multiple tasks
• Able to work in a regulated (FDA/ISO) environment
• Excellent attention to detail and project management skills.
• Excellent written/oral communication skills; ability to work with diverse groups

Responsibilities

• Performing Final Acceptance activities to ensure the service process is followed on all service devices.
• Maintaining accurate records of inspections and testing, preparing reports on findings, and documenting potential issues or corrective actions.
• Setting up, calibrating, and maintaining testing equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Working with other teams to identify and resolve quality issues, and providing training on quality procedures.
• Contributing to continuous improvement by analyzing data and suggesting process changes.
• Attends and participates in departmental meetings and training to maintain competence.
• Ensures department compliance with guidelines and policies.
