Job summary

Manafort Brothers, Inc. is seeking Construction Quality Control Technicians/Managers for site, concrete, and heavy highway projects based in Plainville, CT and Cumberland, RI offices. The QCM must have demonstrated experience implementing a QC program and supervising inspectors.

The successful candidate will bring at least five years of QC background, and possess or pursue NICET/NETTCP/ACI certifications; substitutions for degrees are allowed and QA principles training is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of QC background in field inspection, construction phase experience, or related QC roles.
• Substitutions allowed – 4-year degree for Bachelor's in CE, CE Tech, Construction Management or Construction Engineering (2 years for Associate degree in related field). NICET, NETTCP, ACI certifications preferred.
• Documented training in QC principles.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain QC program on assigned projects.
• Supervise inspectors and coordinate field inspections.
• Oversee QC activities for site, concrete, and heavy highway work.

Manafort Brothers Incorporated has openings for Construction Quality Control Technicians/Managers for site, concrete, and heavy highway work out of its Plainville, CT and Cumberland, RI offices. The QCM must be an individual with demonstrated experience implementing a QC program and supervising inspectors.

• This experience shall include at least 5 years of QC background in any combination of the following areas: Field inspection experience, Construction phase experience relevant to the type of work and the scope of the project, Previous experience as a QC professional.
• Substitutions allowed – 4 year for Bachelors Degree in CE, CE Tech, Construction Management or Construction Engineering (2 years for Associates Degree in related field); NICET, NETTCP, ACI certification preferred.
• In addition, the QCM shall have documented training in QC principles.
