Takeda Quality Control Technician II in Round Lake, IL ensures product quality and regulatory compliance on the manufacturing floor. You perform AQL sampling, review batch records, and support on-site quality initiatives to sustain high standards.

The role requires GMP/GDP knowledge, strong teamwork, and effective communication. You will handle JDE work orders, material movements, training, audits support, and data integrity, with a 2-2-3 shift (6:00pm–6:30am) and potential weekend work.

Formación

• HS Diploma or GED with 2+ years of industry experience or Associate’s degree+ with 1+ years of experience.
• Knowledge of GMP and GDP required.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint.
• Able to learn JDE, EBM, TW workflows, Systech and other systems.
• Strong teamwork with good problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Performs AQL sampling of finished product and identifies quality risks daily.
• Executes QOTSF and reviews checklists to enforce compliance.
• Initiates JDE work orders to address issues promptly.
• Manages samples (sterility, stability) and retention materials with proper storage and disposal.
• Facilitates kitting for packaging and manages material movements to quarantine/reject areas.
• Reviews batch records and supports corrections with manufacturing.
